"This was the very worst purchase I have ever made from Amazon. Very, very poor communication with seller. Product arrived nearly one-month late. At one point the seller said "they could do nothing and it's out of their hands". I will never, ever purchase from this seller ever again and I recommend the same with anyone considering purchasing from this seller!"After they read my review (above) they called and tried to compensate me for my loss of revenue as we had three separate guest bookings who rented the cabin this washer/dryer was to be installed. We had to give our guests a discount per night for the lack of this (one-month late delivery of this washer/dryer). We discounted the cabin $25/night per guest. Which equates to about $300. The company offered me $100. I said that was not enough to compensate us for the loss of revenue do to their poor choice of shipping "partners", and further I stated no matter what they offered to compensate our loss of revenue, I would not change my review. They (she - from customer service) said she would get back with me after taking my concern up with upper management. I have not heard from them since the conversation days ago.Again, I would not recommend purchasing from this company until they update their shipping supplier partners and they get a shipping partner with a historical positive record in supporting shipping commitment dates!
