This is the best clothes dryer I have ever owned. I'm not sure, but I think the other reviewer either bought a lemon or has some exhaust issues. I can move a full load from our 4.3cu ft washer to this dryer and they're dry, not scalding hot and shrunk, in under an hour easily. I have natural gas, very good exhaust vent airflow, and the thing just works. I like all the settings and choices, and I usually make the correct decision when I start the load, and don't need to second guess it later on halfway through the load. Just set it and forget it.Best dryer ever.

This dryer takes forever to dry laundry. First of all, the sensor dryer doesn't work. When wet items are on the sensor dryer cycle, the dryer shuts down after a few minutes and the clothes haven't been dried at all. So despite all the fancy settings on this dryer, there's only one that I use: Timed Dry - HIGH - usually for one hour...and a majority of the time, even after this first hour, the load STILL has to be dried longer. I'm not overloading it, and sometimes there's only four or five items, but no matter what, the dryer time is so long. I haven't even bothered to try the stream dry because I don't expect it to work anyway. If it wasn't too late to return this, I would return it.Also, once you turn on the dryer and choose a setting and hit "start", it's impossible to change the setting (for example, to change it from "medium heat" to "high", or to change the drying selection. To change it, you have to completely turn off the machine, turn it back on, and then select "high" instead, or turn the dial. Also, once your load is finally dry, the dryer completely turns off as soon as you open the dryer door. So if you want to put in another load, you have to then turn it BACK on again. It's not a very smart machine. I totally regret retiring our old Whirlpool dryer (which still worked, and dried clothes VERY well compared to this one, but my husband wanted a newer-looking dryer to match our new washer).
