I am extremely disappointed with this product. I have stood by this machine and actually watched a cycle and it does NOT wash all of your clothes. The bigger the load, the less likely you are to have clean clothes. It will wash only the clothes in the middle. I have had to pause cycles to adjust my clothes so that they all get cleaned. This machine is a JOKE. Do not let anyone talk you into buying this product as you will be extremely disappointed. Also, your clothes come out extremely wrinkled and stretched out.

A three year old machine had three service calls, with the latest being a blown control panel with over $300 in repairs and no assurance something else isn't wrong. When contacting Whirlpool they say too bad should have bought the extended warranty (guess they left off the second half of that sentence "because our products suck").For a bit more than the repair estimate I am buying a maytag and never will look at whirlpool for anything again.They should consider renaming this the Crapio series washer.

We bought this washer and dryer set less than 2 years ago. We loved it because its huge and I can wash blankets and comforters etc. I love having a top loader and I'm constantly adding more stuff and its easy to add. But within 1 year of having it the side of the top door cracked and eventually I couldn't close it. Luckily I had bought the 4 year extended warranty. phew. they replaced the door. Its strange that a door that hold a heavy thick glass window is plastic. Its just a flawed design. anyways it just happened again. and this is after I've been super careful with it and never put anything on top of it etc. Lowes just bought me out saying it wasn't worth getting fixed this time. Hopefully Whirlpool figures out that this is a bad design and fixes this model
