purchased this model on 10/28, worked fine, then stopped heating on November 2nd. Called LG, they diagnoised the issue, heater related, but could not get a service provider to look at the unit for 3-5 business days, called back on business day six(6) to inform me that they have no authorized providers, but could get a "Sears" service provider in a week. This gentleman just came to my house, with the diagnosis code, and advised it was the heating unit, he would need to order a part, which can take 3-4 business days, then would have to call him to come out and install.I called LG about reimbursement of unit for new one, they declined, I asked for compensation for costs of using public dryer, they declined, their customer service people are a call center somewhere, but not US based. Their attitude is poor. I went to their website and gave this product a negative review, deserved, and they emailed me back saying they rejected my review, trust me, no curse words were used, but I was mumbling some!!Please don't waste your time with this product, I wish I had my old noisy GE dryer back, at least it dried!!!!
