The dryer lid vibrates to the extent that it pops the door open randomly. The hinges and pins have been replaced twice but the problem always returns. It also fails to dry clothes adequatly leaving clothes damp, even when "more dry" is selected. The unit is extremely heavy and difficult to clean around and check outgoing ducts. A unit this expensive should work right. This dryer will be replaced with another brand. I have had recent difficulty with Whirlpool washer, dryer and refridgerator and it will be a very long time before I trust Whirlpool as a viable brand name.
