we had this washing machine 6 months and it broke down... would not drain and spin. They said that the part needed to fix it was on back order for 4 months. Yeah, who can go 4 months without doing laundry? So after many phone calls, we got them to replace the washer. 2 years later...exact same problem and it won't complete a wash cycle without me needing to go in and push start every 8 or so minutes. it is out of warranty so guess who gets to pay to fix it? would not recommend!
