I'm writing this review to warn anyone considering a Samsung washer or dryer to beware! After five months in service, this dryer stopped working. We called to have a "service technician" come out. I put that in quotes because the guy had no clue and could barely put a sentence together. First appointment was missed with a call only at the end of the day. Second appointment, he did not bring a main board even though he supposedly diagnosed the issue based on my description of the problem AND main board failures are a known issue. He ordered the part and on the third appointment, he did not show. I called to find out what happened and learned that he never even ordered the part. That's three days burned and two weeks with no dryer.Folks, think very long and hard before you decide to get a Samsung. They may look nice on the outside, but they are a nightmare waiting to happen on the inside. And Samsung, shame on you for pathetic service!
