I purchased this gas dryer in September 2011 and since then it has been nothing but a complete joke of a product. I have had it serviced atleast 7 times. The first time within 10 days of own it. It is a terrible product and Maytag/Whirlpool have in NO WAY done anything to make their product workable. They keep sending out repair company after repair company and now that my warranty is up, they plan on do nothing about the fact their dry has not work consistently. It was serviced two weeks ago for the 7th and last time, because it is already broke again. It is being replaced by a dryer not labeled Maytag or Whirlpool as they product is not good and they don't seem to care. Their old commercials with their "Maytag Repairman" standing around doing nothing is actually a great representation of their product and service.
