I really like the fast washing option of this machine. My clothes came out smelling good and in small load, the fast spin made the clothes almost dry. That means less time on the dryer.

We had it installed this week. The wash cycle is so much faster than our old machine and clothes come out dryer during the spin. Quiet and efficient.

I purchased the washer along about 3 months ago and more than for few weeks now I am having a trouble with it. The washer stops working sometimes on the middle of the cycle and sometimes on the beginning during putting water in. I called Electrolux and they gave me two service providers' numbers which were so hard to get hold of. Finally technician from one company came to see it and the machine was working fine at that time; therefore, he said there is nothing wrong with it. Couple of days later, it started to do the same things again and sure enough no one from service company returned any of my calls. After about four voice mails left I got someone on the phone who said that technician is trying to find out what is going on with my machine and they will call me back when they know. No call back for several days from them. I called Electrolux several times to find out if I can hire another company but was told no. I called Electrolux four days in the row and all four times I had to provide them with my and machine's full information as no one there made any file for me. Each time they told me they will contact the service provider and will make them to call me back but no one did. Finally, after four days on the phone Electrolux said they will have to replace some parts inside my washer and possibly it may take another two weeks.The washer itself is good otherwise; quiet, big and fast but customer care service is very poor. People from Electrolux hardly speak any English and when after four days wasted on the phone I asked to speak to a manager the service representative stated "you don't need to do so as we are helping you already". Not too helpful they are if there was not even file open after four days of daily calls. Eventually the parson said the manager will call me back in 24-48 hours and it is now 36 hours since then and no one called me back.In conclusion, the European quality is gone on both the washer and the customer care. I do regret spending over a thousand dollars on it. I wish I would go with Meile instead.
